FAMILY TEDDY CONCERT

Your kids will always remember their experience at the ever-popular Family Teddy Concert, when fun-loving conductor, Gerard Le Feuvre, a father of three, is in his element! Time flies as the KCO introduce the children to familiar short classical pieces (from Bach to the Beatles), interspersed with some zany antics and surprises that Gerard can never resist!

We encourage every family member to bring a favourite Teddy and a smile, as Gerard will have them joining in all the action too, flying, dancing and maybe even sleeping! Suitable for all ages and especially young families.

KCO will delight audiences with romance, wonder and hope. With their unique humour and touching stories, music ranging from film and TV highlights to romantic classics, we anticipate tears and laughter. The winter tour ‘A Christmas Garden’ presents some of the most beautiful music.

Don’t miss out on this event in our candle-lit Chapel. KCO’s founder and conductor, Gerard Le Feuvre, will ensure you have some good laughs as he tells stories from his most unusual life as a professional cellist. This is a London-based professional chamber orchestra of friends (but playing in Harpenden!) and they are not above some playful antics!

At times, you will be transported as the musicians move through the audience, improvising and creating celestial melodies. With Advent carols and poignant reflections from Gerard, this concert will truly be, as our regulars say, “when my Christmas really starts!”

(Doors open 30 mins before) There will be no intermission.
