Lily joined YWAM in 2019 after completing her DTS. Though raised as a YWAM kid, those 6 months deepened her surrender and dramatically shifted the direction of her life into full-time missions! In 2020 Lily moved to Norway for four years, where she helped pioneer Europe’s first Send Arena Gathering and develop Brave Love Norway, a movement empowering young women to live and lead boldly. In 2024 she felt God call her back to the UK to mobilise Brits into missions. She joined Neighbours & Nations as a tour leader and traveled across the UK and Ireland calling young people to live “all-in”. When she’s not on the road, Lily loves sunshine, good music, and a great matcha.

Connor joined YWAM in 2016 at the age of 18. To his surprise, God transformed his life and gripped his heart for the lost and seeing the Great Commission take its rightful place in the life of every believer. He worked with Fire & Fragrance and the Circuit Riders in the United States before moving to England in 2019. Him and his wife, Naomi, have been serving with and helping lead Neighbours & Nations since it began. He has a deep desire to see “young Brits ushered into relationship with their Father” and “a new missions movement raised up out of the UK.” Connor also loves coffee, sports, and memes.
