The Neighbours & Nations School of Mobilisation is a three-month integrated training experience to equip you for youth movement and missions mobilisation.
Be immersed in an apostolic, pioneering environment and take it with you wherever you go. This school exists to raise up a new wave of apostolic young leaders who will live all-in for Jesus, contend for revival, and catalyse missional movements.
But this is not your average training school—this is an immersive experience which enables you to tour the United Kingdom with Neighbours & Nations, mobilise for The Send UK & Ireland, and work on a pioneering project in Europe, while simultaneously receiving classroom teaching, growing your skillsets, and participating in rhythms of prayer and worship.
COURSE CONTENT
Throughout the School of Mobilisation you will:
— Join Neighbours & Nations in reaching youth and young adults across the United Kingdom through touring and events
— Receive teaching from apostolic leaders who are seeing Kingdom impact/movement
— Mobilise for and participate in the final The Send UK & Ireland events
— Be trained in one or more ministry skillsets (including preaching, worship, and media)
— Work with others on a two-week mobilisation project in Europe
— Engage in weekly rhythms of passionate worship and prayer
— Be immersed in the vibrant and growing community at YWAM Harpenden

- — Cultures of the Kingdom
— Revival History: what we can learn and apply from them
— Sustained intimacy with Jesus and zeal in ministry
— Pioneering: starting and persevering
— Ministering like Jesus: Evangelism, Prophecy, Healing, etc.

SCHOOL LEADERS
Sam Leighton
Sam joined YWAM in 2016 shortly after encountering Jesus and having the trajectory of his life radically change! His work with YWAM has taken him to over 30 nations as a missionary, but has been based in the UK with his wife, Daniela, since 2021. Sam started and co-leads the Neighbours & Nations ministry and is part of the leadership team for The Send UK & Ireland. He is passionate about seeing believers walk in freedom, raised up in their identity, empowered to live like Jesus and advance the Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven! Sam’s hidden hobbies are making kombucha and taking cold plunges.
Connor Doll
Connor joined YWAM in 2016 at the age of 18. To his surprise, God transformed his life and gripped his heart for the lost and seeing the Great Commission take its rightful place in the life of every believer. He worked with Fire & Fragrance and the Circuit Riders in the United States before moving to England in 2019. Him and his wife, Naomi, have been serving with and helping lead Neighbours & Nations since it began. He has a deep desire to see “young Brits ushered into relationship with their Father” and “a new missions movement raised up out of the UK.” Connor also loves coffee, sports, and memes.
